Compliance Surveillance Analyst

We are hiring a Compliance Surveillance Analyst to review and investigate surveillance alerts across trading activity, employee activity, and communications. The role involves identifying potential regulatory or policy breaches, documenting findings, and escalating issues where appropriate. You will analyse trade data to support internal and regulatory inquiries and work closely with legal, audit, and compliance stakeholders. Additional duties include handling hotline queries, completing data entry tasks, and supporting wider surveillance initiatives. Ideal candidates bring experience in compliance or financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
