Job Description

Individual required to help clear a backlog of stage 1 complaints relating to housing needs, homelessness and temporary accommodation.

Responsibilities

Clear backlog of stage 1 complaints relating to housing needs, homelessness and temporary accommodation.

Qualifications

Preferable that candidates have local authority and homelessness complaints experience (also welcome applicants with Housing Ombudsman experience).
Good if applicants are aware of Housing Act 96 Part VII, Homelessness Reduction Act 2018 or Localism Act 2011.

Work Schedule

3 days a week in the office with Monday as statutory day.
