Community-Impact PCSO: Build Safer Neighbourhoods

Warwickshire Police invites dedicated individuals to join as Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) for the September 2026 intake, with a start in March 2027. In this role you'll be the face of the force in local communities, performing non-emergency duties with empathy, clear communication and resilience.

Full-time roles are available and part-time options can be considered. A driving licence is desirable and progression includes training through the Competency and Values Framework, with
