Commis de Cuisine- The Foundation: You master the daily Mise-en-place for our diverse outlets-from elegant half-board menus and sophisticated à-la-carte service to grand banquets.
- Support & Growth: You provide vital support in the preparation of hot dishes, learning the techniques that make the Kulm kitchen legendary.
- Continuous Improvement: You don't just follow recipes; you contribute to our evolution by bringing your energy and dedication to the team every day.
- Quality Guardian: You ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP), taking responsibility for the well-being of our guests and your colleagues.
- Living the Legend: You act as a proud ambassador of the Kulm principles, combining professional rigor with authentic hospitality.
- Education: You have completed professional culinary or hospitality training and are hungry to put your skills into practice.
- Experience: You have gained initial experience in a professional kitchen - if you've already worked in luxury hospitality, that's a fantastic bonus.
- Languages: You are fluent in Italian. Any additional languages are a huge plus in our global team.
- Mindset: You have a "hands-on" attitude, excellent time management, and you keep your cool when the kitchen gets busy.
