Job Overview

A well known famous Dublin establishment is partnered with Back 4 Good and are looking for 2 Commis Chefs to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high quality dishes.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
• Prepare all relevant menus.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
• Report maintenance hygiene and hazard issues.
• Comply with security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food legislation.
• Be environmentally aware.

Qualifications

• Culinary qualification.
• Proven kitchen experience in a similar role.
• Positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
