Job Description
Job Overview 
A well known famous Dublin establishment is partnered with Back 4 Good and are looking for 2 Commis Chefs to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities- Prepare and present high quality dishes.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
- Prepare all relevant menus.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Report maintenance hygiene and hazard issues.
- Comply with security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food legislation.
- Be environmentally aware.
- Culinary qualification.
- Proven kitchen experience in a similar role.
- Positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
