About the Role We are looking for a motivated Events Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen brigade, supporting the delivery of high-quality food for meetings, private dining, weddings, and large-scale events. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career chef to develop their skills in a fast-paced, creative, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and service of food for conferences, banquets, private events, and our staff canteen Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by senior chefs Support mise en place for high-volume service while maintaining consistency and quality Ensure all food is prepared and stored in line with food safety and hygiene standards Maintain a clean, organised workstation in accordance with HACCP procedures Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service delivery Salary: £30,407 p/a + service charge, plus benefitsAt Sea Containers London we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
