Commis Chef - Luxury Hotel

We are delighted to be supporting one of the UK's most prestigious five-star hotels, known for its exceptional standards, stunning location, and outstanding food. They are on the lookout for a motivated Commis Chef with a genuine love for cooking and a hunger to learn.

You'll be working alongside an experienced and nurturing kitchen team in the hotel's beautiful à la carte restaurant, where dishes are inspired by modern British cuisine and brought to life using seasonal produce from the hotel's very own kitchen garden.

Responsibilities as a Commis Chef

• Assisting in the preparation of fresh, seasonal dishes made to a consistently high standard
• Rotating through different kitchen sections to build your confidence and skills
• Learning from some of the best chefs in the industry who are keen to help you grow
• Contributing to the smooth running of daily service, from mise en place to plating
• Maintaining a clean, organised work environment and adhering to food safety standards
