Role Overview

Floor Team Member - Food & Beverage (Part-Time, 8 hrs/week) at Cloud 23

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving guests, working within a team to ensure an excellent guest experience, staying aware of intolerances and allergies, and requiring weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests, taking orders and serving guests - Communicate with guests and be knowledgeable of the menu, providing recommendations and a personalised service. Experience in a similar role is desired, but a warm and authentic personality is essential.
  • Working in a team to create an excellent environment for our guests, staying aware of intolerances and allergies - Collaborate closely with the F&B and Kitchen teams, maintain positive communication, and be aware of existing allergen information and training.
  • Weekend and evening availability is essential for this role.
