Commis Chef - Fresh, Rosette-Level Kitchen Training

Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa in Crawley is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen. You'll work with 16 chefs and 5 porters across breakfast, lunch and dinner, including weekends. The role requires quality experience in a fresh food environment and a passion to learn rosette-level dishes from local ingredients.
