An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (3+ years' PQE) to join the Glasgow office of a highly regarded independent Scottish law firm. The Opportunity

You'll advise a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, public sector organisations, retailers and corporate occupiers across a wide range of commercial property matters. The work is varied, complex and commercially focused, providing exposure to some of Scotland's most significant real estate transactions.

Your work will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and development sites
• Landlord and tenant matters across the retail, industrial and office sectors
• Investment acquisitions and disposals
• Property finance and secured lending transactions
• Property support for corporate acquisitions and disposals
• Asset management and strategic estate advice
• Advising public sector organisations on acquisitions, disposals and estate management

About You

You'll be a Scottish qualified solicitor with at least 2-3 years' PQE in commercial property and will demonstrate:

• Solid technical grounding across commercial real estate
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skillsExcellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, commercial approach to problem-solving
• The confidence to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a high-performing team
• An interest in business development and building lasting client relationships
