About the Role

Join a respected regional law firm with offices across Yorkshire as a Commercial Property Solicitor. You'll manage a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property work with excellent support, clear development prospects, and access to a diverse client base.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality property matters in a modern, flexible working environment with a progressive, tech-enabled approach to legal service delivery.

Your caseload will include:

  • Freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals (shops, offices, industrial units, land)
  • Negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Corporate support and development-related transactions
  • Optional experience in property finance, overage provisions, and option agreements
  • Exposure to residential development sites and financing (advantageous)
What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in commercial property (PQE band flexible for right candidate)
  • Can run files independently but enjoy collaborative teamwork
  • Strong client communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident working in a largely paperless, tech-forward environment
  • Proactive in networking and business development activity

Desirable:

  • Experience in property finance, overage provisions, and option agreements
  • Exposure to residential development sites and financing
What's On Offer

Salary: £50,000-£70,000 (depending on experience)
