1st Line VOIP Engineer - ON SITE

We're looking for a 1st Line VoIP Engineer to join our clients growing team and provide first-class support for our VoIP and telephony services.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, troubleshooting VoIP issues, handling service requests, and escalating complex problems when required.

• Providing 1st line technical support for VoIP and hosted telephony services

• Any experience with 3CX/Gamma Horizon/Call switch/PDX systems is highly desirable

• Office 365 experience

• Any MSP experience is also a massive plus
