Commercial Plumbing Estimator - Profit Share & Growth

Graham Reading is seeking an Estimator to join the commercial team at Reading to deliver accurate project quotations for plumbing, heating and bathroom projects, reviewing drawings and specifications and turning enquiries into orders.

You will own enquiries, follow up quotes, negotiate with suppliers, and work with the sales team to protect profitability while maximizing conversion; previous estimating experience is advantageous but not essential.
