BCL Legal is working with a highly respected regional, full service law firm on the recruitment of a senior commercial disputes solicitor to join its market leading team.

The firm works with a diverse portfolio of clients including blue chip organisations, SMEs, entrepreneurs, public sector and regulatory bodies, as well as private individuals from all walks of life. Its legal disciplines include property, corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution and commercial litigation, employment, private client and family law.

The Role
The team handle a wide range of disputes to include arbitration, financial services, commercial, property, professional negligence, insolvency and debt recovery
This role will involve working alongside the head of department highly ranked in the legal directories
Developing strong relationships with existing clients to maximise opportunites for the team
Involvement with business development and networking
Supervising and mentoring other team members

Requirements
Ideally, the team is looking to recruit a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 PQE
A strong background in commercial disputes gained in a recognised team
