Commercial Gas Engineer - Hertfordshire & Surrounding Areas
Up to £55,000 + Overtime + On-Call + Van & Fuel Card

Join an established building services company with over 60 engineers across the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a commercial portfolio, with clear routes for progression into Lead Engineer / Supervisor roles as the team continues to grow.

The Role

• Service, maintenance & small works across commercial catering equipment - restaurants, pubs, and other hospitality environments

• Must hold current catering gas tickets (ACS or equivalent)

• Flexible 40-hour week, Mon-Fri (working between 6am-6pm)

• On-call rota: 1 in 12 - £100 standby, minimum 4 hours paid, door-to-door when on call

• Plenty of overtime available with ongoing commercial contracts

Package

• Up to £55,000 basic salary

• Overtime + on-call enhancements

• Van & fuel card (personal use included) - company covers 10 miles/day personal use

• Travel paid after the first 30 minutes each day

• 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increases by 1 day each year to a maximum of 28 + BH)

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer with strong fault-finding and catering equipment knowledge

• Comfortable working independently across commercial environments

• Based in Hertfordshire & surrounding areas (minimal London work)

• Ambitious engineer looking to grow with an established company
