Our client, a leading player in the construction sector, is seeking a commercially astute Commercial Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Quantity Surveyors and commercial teams on high-value construction projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational teams to monitor and manage key project costs
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts
• Maintain tight control of cashflow, ensuring financial resilience throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support commercial decision-making
• Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for cost improvement

About You:

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Experience within the construction or infrastructure sector is essential
• Strong business partnering skills with an ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• A proactive approach, with a keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset
