Your new role
As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be instrumental in leading complex audit engagements and nurturing strong client relationships. You'll oversee the full audit cycle-from planning and execution to final delivery-ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing insightful, high-quality reporting. Beyond technical excellence, you'll contribute to the strategic growth of the audit practice and play a key role in mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll be ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or equivalent), with substantial post-qualification experience in audit. You'll bring a proven track record of managing complex engagements and leading teams with confidence. Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for developing others will set you apart.
