Commercial Account Manager - London

Location: Remote & Field Based

Reporting to: Area Director

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + £15,000 OTE (uncapped) & company car

As the UK's largest choice of properties for sale and to rent, our aim is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we're looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking individuals with experience in both new business development and account management. Your primary focus will be targeting and acquiring commercial agents in a designated area to advertise their properties on Rightmove. Additionally, you will manage and grow relationships with both new and existing customers to achieve business goals related to advert numbers and product saturation. Success will be driven through persuasive face-to-face activity, with a strong drive to overachieve KPIs and develop professionally within a new business sector at Rightmove.

What you'll be doing

  • Achieving individual sales revenue targets & activity
  • Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to converting new business opportunities
  • Delivering first-class account management with regular review meetings and upselling products
  • Ensuring customers understand Rightmove products & pricing, providing value-added solutions
  • Interpreting data during review meetings to help customers understand their market
  • Collaborating with support functions like Customer Services and Finance
  • Working closely with TAM and NBC teams to maximize opportunities
  • Attending monthly national/regional meetings
  • Managing external relationships to support company objectives
  • Resolving customer queries and disputes effectively
  • Representing Rightmove values positively and professionally
  • Engaging in self-development and supporting team growth
