You will join the Structured Finance team with responsibility for a broad portfolio of Asset-Backed or Collateralised Loan Obligation transactions. You will manage a portfolio of transactions, acting as the Relationship Manager and transaction administrator for your clients.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as Relationship Manager and transaction administrator for your client portfolio
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, conduct periodic reviews and attestations
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to ensure efficient transaction processing and query resolution
• Review transaction documentation with the legal team, ensuring proper processing and settlement of transactions
• Calculate and verify Interest and Principal Waterfalls, produce Payment and Investor Reports

Your skills and experience

• Experience in Corporate Trust, Cash Management, Custody, or Loan Administration
• Understanding of financial services, debt capital markets, and structured finance; experience in Transaction Banking preferred
• Strong client relationship skills and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of Payment processing, Agency Operations, Transaction documentation, Capital Markets Operations beneficial
• Foreign language skills (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian) advantageous
