Co-ordinator

Your new company
You'll be working for a third party on behalf of government services.
Your new role
You will be a critical team member supporting a range of personnel with the following duties:

  • Booking and taking minutes in meetings
  • Producing data-driven reports
  • Create and generate meeting briefings
  • Be first point of contact for your team and key personnel
  • Going through meeting minutes to create actions with the team
  • Supporting the team with administrative and facilities co-ordination using MS Office and in-house systems
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Must have administration experience
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced high-compliance environment
  • Technical skills such as MS Office and minute taking required (experience with informal minutes allowed)
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior leadership and junior teams
  • Industry experience in and around defence preferred
