Job Description
Co-ordinator Booking and taking minutes in meetings Producing data-driven reports Create and generate meeting briefings Be first point of contact for your team and key personnel Going through meeting minutes to create actions with the team Supporting the team with administrative and facilities co-ordination using MS Office and in-house systems What you'll need to succeed
Must have administration experience Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced high-compliance environment Technical skills such as MS Office and minute taking required (experience with informal minutes allowed) Able to communicate effectively with senior leadership and junior teams Industry experience in and around defence preferred
