CNC Workshop Manager

For one of our clients, we are looking for a: CNC Manager (M/F) Desired profile: CFC Polymecanician or equivalent experience Successful experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking or micromechanics field Skills in CNC and a good understanding of machining methodologies Excellent leadership and team management skills Field-oriented, dynamic, and capable of making decisions Advantages: A job with a high degree of responsibility in a stimulating environment Good conditions Main responsibilities: Management of the production plan and coordination with other departments Monitoring and performance analysis of (Alphacam) X FANUC Robodrill Supervising and developing a team of around ten, ensuring versatility both human and technical across the machine park Troubleshooting machining issues and continuously improving machining times and overall performance of the skills and support of the team. jid896fb91aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
