Acorn by Synergie is working in partnership with Honeywell in Yeovil, Somerset and have opportunities for a CNC Turner to work on a full-time basis starting as soon as possible. The role involves CNC turning of aerospace equipment and manufacturing parts to aerospace specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Centre Lathe Turning, manufacturing parts from start to finish to Aerospace Specifications.

• Operate under OCQ - Operator Control of Quality procedures.

• Interpret engineering drawings, following process layouts and documentation procedures.

• Experience in CNC turning, ideally within aerospace or precision manufacturing.

• Ability to operate centre lathes and manufacture parts to specification.

• Knowledge of quality control procedures (OCQ).

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Attention to detail and adherence to process and documentation standards.

• Pay £18.99-£19.54 per hour depending on experience and shift.

• Range of Shift:

• night shifts:

• Sunday night 10:00pm-7:00am Monday.
• Tuesday 12:00am-7:00am.
• Wednesday 12:00am-7:00am.
• Thursday 12:00am-7:00am.
• Friday 12:00am-7:00am.

• Days / Late Swing Shift:
• Days Monday to Thursday (07:00 to 15:30) & Friday (07:00 to 13:00)

• Lates Monday to Thursday (15:30 to 00:00)

• Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Full-Time 12 hour shifts 7am - 7am
