Your mission: On behalf of a watchmaking manufacture known for its demands and craftsmanship, we are looking for a CNC Mechanic-Setter (M/F) to strengthen a machining section dedicated to watch case components. Your mission: Within this department, you are responsible for the proper setup of machining equipment and the stability of production processes. You actively contribute to objectives in terms of quality, pace, and compliance with responsibilities - Carry out setup, adjustments, and series changes on CNC turning and milling centers. - Ensure the conformity of produced parts through regular dimensional and aesthetic checks. - Monitor the smooth running of production and intervene in case of deviations. - Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts and propose corrective actions. - Contribute to the functionality of equipment and overall performance of the profile: - CFC in production mechanics, poly-mechanics, BTS, or deemed equivalent. - Confirmed experience in CNC turning and milling, ideally in watch machining. - Good mastery of dimensional checks and understanding of watchmaking aesthetic criteria. - Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of responsibility. - Ability to thrive in a demanding and quality-oriented environment.
