CNC Laser Cutting Operator Full - time

We are looking for a motivated CNC Laser Cutting Operator to join a professional metal processing company. In this role, you will independently operate laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to drawings and specifications.

About the function

As a CNC Laser Cutting Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting machines. You ensure that all parts are cut precisely, efficiently, and safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will be working in a small team with short communication lines, where quality and teamwork are highly valued.

What we need

• To have EU citizenship or work permit for the Netherlands
• Experience in machine operation or metal processing is a plus
• Technical understanding or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
• Eye for detail and strong focus on quality
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• English language skills
• Willing to follow safety protocols at all times

What we offer

• Salary between €15,00 - €19,00 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) + overtime possible
• Fixed working schedule: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-13:00
