Job Description
IHG is seeking a Cluster Kitchen Manager to oversee food safety, HACCP, health & safety and procurement for voco Grand Central Glasgow and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel. You will lead a fast paced kitchen brigade, ensure compliance, manage stock and help shape menus across two iconic Glasgow properties.
This full time, permanent role is 40 hours per week, five days including weekends, reporting to the Executive Head Chef and collaborating with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest
