Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of a well-established national nursing home group. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated nursing professional to take the next step in their career within a supportive older persons care environment.

The successful candidate will support the effective day-to-day management of a residential unit, providing leadership to nursing and care staff while ensuring high standards of resident-centred care. The role offers a varied mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, giving the post-holder a strong overview of service delivery and quality standards.

To be considered for the role, applicants are required to:

• Be registered Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
• Show a genuine interest in older persons care.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, clinical decision-making and organisational skills.
• Have a working knowledge of organisation of and developments in health services in general and Older Persons Services in particular.
• Demonstrate an awareness of goals, standards and trends nationally and internationally.
• Hold a management qualification or be willing to complete one.
• Be a strong communicator.
• Be eligible to work in Ireland.
