Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of a well-established national nursing home group. The successful candidate will support the effective day-to-day management of a residential unit, providing leadership to nursing and care staff while ensuring high standards of resident-centred care. The role offers a varied mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, giving the post-holder a strong overview of service delivery and quality standards.
To be considered for the role, applicants are required to:- Be registered Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Show a genuine interest in older persons care.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, clinical decision-making and organisational skills.
- Have a working knowledge of organisation of and developments in health services in general and Older Persons Services in particular.
- Demonstrate an awareness of goals, standards and trends nationally and internationally.
- Hold a management qualification or be willing to complete one.
- Be a strong communicator.
- Be eligible to work in Ireland.
