Client Service Representative (Mandarin Speaking, £33k, Financial Services, Greenwich)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Representative - Mandarin Speaking role for a Greenwich based financial services company. The firm is constantly recognised at the top of its sector and is one of the largest internet brokers by transaction volume. The company is currently looking for a person with excellent Mandarin language skill to fill this role who has the other necessary qualities.

• 2 years of sales expertise (Preferred)
• Ability to communicate with clients proficiently in Mandarin Chinese (both verbal and written)
• At least two years of college, with or without experience, or a high school diploma with at least five months of customer service experience
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and efficiently manage time
