Client Services Delivery Lead

My client has a requirement for a Client Services Delivery Lead to join their project.

As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients using their digital healthcare logistics ecosystem. This platform provides clients with access to reporting, operational insights (medical warehousing, distribution, and Order-to-Cash processes), order tracking modules, and other digital healthcare services.

You will coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, manage ongoing service relationships, and ensure the smooth adoption of our digital solutions. Acting as a bridge between the client and our internal teams, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, align expectations, and drive satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full onboarding process for new clients onto our digital healthcare logistics platform, in collaboration with internal teams
  • Act as the key service contact for a dedicated client portfolio regarding digital tools, performance, and adoption
  • Lead regular service review meetings with clients to cover:
    • Operational progress and KPIs
    • Open issues and escalations
    • Upcoming developments and improvements in digital services
    • Product roadmap updates and client feedback
  • Ensure clients gain maximum value from our digital healthcare tools and services
  • Gather and translate client feedback into actionable improvements
  • Work closely with IT, operations, customer service, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client processes and encourage further digital adoption

Your Profile

  • Strong customer orientation, with proven experience in service delivery or key account management
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects (without direct technical implementation)
  • Understanding of healthcare logistics processes and digital tools (dashboards, reporting, order tracking)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate client needs into clear priorities and action points
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in healthcare, logistics, or digital services
  • Background in service delivery or account management is a strong asset
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus
