Client Services Delivery Lead
My client has a requirement for a Client Services Delivery Lead to join their project.
As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients using their digital healthcare logistics ecosystem. This platform provides clients with access to reporting, operational insights (medical warehousing, distribution, and Order-to-Cash processes), order tracking modules, and other digital healthcare services.
You will coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, manage ongoing service relationships, and ensure the smooth adoption of our digital solutions. Acting as a bridge between the client and our internal teams, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, align expectations, and drive satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full onboarding process for new clients onto our digital healthcare logistics platform, in collaboration with internal teams
- Act as the key service contact for a dedicated client portfolio regarding digital tools, performance, and adoption
- Lead regular service review meetings with clients to cover:
- Operational progress and KPIs
- Open issues and escalations
- Upcoming developments and improvements in digital services
- Product roadmap updates and client feedback
- Ensure clients gain maximum value from our digital healthcare tools and services
- Gather and translate client feedback into actionable improvements
- Work closely with IT, operations, customer service, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client processes and encourage further digital adoption
Your Profile
- Strong customer orientation, with proven experience in service delivery or key account management
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects (without direct technical implementation)
- Understanding of healthcare logistics processes and digital tools (dashboards, reporting, order tracking)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate client needs into clear priorities and action points
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in healthcare, logistics, or digital services
- Background in service delivery or account management is a strong asset
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus
