Clerk of works ref

Clerk of Works responsible for daily site inspections to ensure traffic schemes are constructed according to design drawings (specifications) and meet the quality standards expected by the Client. The role involves direct communication with contractors to resolve on-site issues, producing daily site records, and checking construction packs, H&S compliance, permits, and other pre-construction requirements before scheme commencement.

This is a full-time, temporary role.
