Overview

Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Ingleby Barwick

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: £14.54 per hour

Your new role
  • Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPI's. This will include training and arrangements of duty rotas and cover arrangements.
  • Liaise with the Soft Services Manager to help provide cover for overtime, annual leave, absence etc and complete relevant staff spreadsheets.
  • Allocation of work and quality control, check work schedules and resolve problems. Assist in the compliance with the site waste management procedures.
  • Ensure that RFM procedures and practices are adhered to i.e. Health & Safety and COSHH.
  • Ensure that the cleanliness of the site is maintained to the required standards liaising with the Soft Services Manager on completion of quality audits.
  • Check all equipment is clean in good working order reporting any faults to the Soft Services Manager.
  • Ensure safe working methods and report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
  • Ensure efficient stock control, usage of materials and complete stock spreadsheets.
  • Respond to any helpdesk calls efficiently and on time as may be directed from time to time by the Soft Services Manager.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Soft Services Manager in conjunction with RFMs operational requirements.
  • Work with other members of the FM team in the best interests of the company.
  • Maintain an awareness of RFM's policies, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the administration and helpdesk service.
  • To carry out any other office duties assigned by the Management Team as the role evolves.
  • To be responsible for weekly team talks, distribution of toolbox talks and other management updates.
  • To implement helpdesk instructions directed by the Soft Services Manager and/or Site Manager.
