We are seeking an enthusiastic classroom teacher (Teachers Main Scale) who will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage learners and raise attainment.
- Apply consistent behaviour expectations to create a calm, purposeful learning environment.
- Adapt teaching effectively so all pupils, including those with SEND and who are disadvantaged, make strong progress.
- Contribute positively to whole-school initiatives and work collaboratively with colleagues.
You will be someone who:
- Believes every pupil can succeed and shows compassion and high expectations in equal measure.
- Uses strong classroom routines and clear explanations to promote learning and confidence.
- Is committed to inclusion and able to adapt learning to meet a range of needs.
- Is reflective and keen to develop their practice.
- Works well as part of a team, sharing ideas and contributing to a supportive, ambitious culture.
This position is suitable for an ECT.
