About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic classroom teacher (Teachers Main Scale) who will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage learners and raise attainment.
  • Apply consistent behaviour expectations to create a calm, purposeful learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching effectively so all pupils, including those with SEND and who are disadvantaged, make strong progress.
  • Contribute positively to whole-school initiatives and work collaboratively with colleagues.

  • Uses strong classroom routines and clear explanations to promote learning and confidence.
