We're working with an inclusive and forward-thinking primary academy seeking a committed Class Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doingTeaching a high-quality, broad and engaging curriculum that supports strong progress for all pupils
Planning and delivering differentiated lessons that meet a range of needs
Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil development and attainment
Identifying pupils with SEND or those working at greater depth, working closely with the SENCO to provide targeted support
Building strong professional relationships with pupils, colleagues and families, including meeting parents at least three times per year
Leading a subject area and taking responsibility for pupil progress across the school
Creating a well-organised, safe and nurturing classroom environment with high standards of presentation
Engaging in professional development, weekly meetings and appraisal
Supporting safeguarding procedures and logging concerns in line with policy
Contributing to wider school life, including clubs, events and sports activities
Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the school's vision and values
Enhanced CPD opportunities and access to professional networks across the Trust

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
