What You'll Do You will play a key role in supporting our growing Legal Services business, providing the strategic and responsive claims service that our solicitor clients rely on. This is a visible, hands on role where your input will directly influence client outcomes, insurer negotiations and our continued market reputation. Role Responsibilities • Manage, negotiate and drive complex claims to resolution. • Provide strategic claims advice to law firm clients. • Work closely with broking, technical and analytical colleagues as part of an integrated service model. • Attend senior level meetings with clients and insurers. • Produce data driven claims analysis and insights. • Maintain strong insurer relationships. • Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments. • Maintain accurate system records and uphold compliance requirements.
