If you're a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE and you want a role where you can run a strong caseload, sharpen your advocacy, and build real specialism in landlord & tenant and housing/property litigation, this is a standout opportunity with our client, a well-established London practice.
This is an office-based position in London, suited to someone who enjoys being close to the action, working directly with colleagues, and progressing in a structured environment with clear expectations.
The RoleYou'll handle a varied civil litigation caseload with a focus on landlord & tenant and housing/property disputes, including:
- Housing litigation (possession claims, disrepair, injunctions where relevant)
- Landlord & tenant disputes (residential and/or commercial depending on experience)
- Property litigation matters (including contentious property issues)
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and applications
- Managing matters from instruction through to resolution, including negotiation and (where applicable) advocacy
To be considered, you'll need:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 3+ years' PQE in Civil Litigation (UK-qualified/UK practice experience)
- Strong experience in landlord & tenant and housing/property litigation
- Confident case management and the ability to run files with appropriate supervision
- Solid technical drafting skills (statements of case, witness evidence, applications)
- Professional, client-focused communication and good commercial judgement
- Location: London (specific office location shared at shortlist stage)
- Working pattern: Office-based role
- Supportive team environment with day-to-day collaboration and access to senior guidance
- Salary: £55,000-£75,000 (dependent on PQE and relevant litigation depth)
- Bonus: Performance-related (details shared during process)
