Mission:Ensure supervision of municipal construction sites in compliance with safety, cost, quality, and deadlines.Main Activities:Develop, coordinate and execute underground infrastructure projects and planning management by establishing and processing phases SIA 3 (project study) to 5 with respect to financial aspects and cost control of projects/construction sites allocated to the public domain. Conduct and successfully lead efficient meetings. Oversee project tasks (e.g., public meeting, circular to residents, article in regional press).Desired Profile:CFC in civil engineering, diploma X ES, federal certificate of construction manager or equivalent. 3 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects and works. Very good knowledge of construction standards (SIA, VSS, etc.). Proficiency in office tools and drawing (CAD). Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and rigorous manner.
