Job Description

Mission: Medior Telecom Engineer

It manages, among other things, the telephony for a portion of its beneficiaries. The ecosystem is very dense (over 10,000 workstations) and diverse in the services offered, ranging from call-center setups to nomadic user profiles.

The Medior Telecom Engineer will integrate into the team and contribute to daily support. They will be involved in troubleshooting, optimization, improvement, and implementation of Cisco telephony solutions (and associated products).

The Engineer will also assist senior telecom engineers in the management and execution of projects. They will be required to guide end-users in the provision and use of telephony services. A strong ability to explain technical concepts simply (technical popularization) and to support change management are mandatory skills.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Cisco Collaboration: CUCM/IM&P/CUC/EXP C-E

  • System administration (monitoring the life cycle and updates, system maintenance)
  • Technical configurations (configuring physical phones or softphones according to company standards, configuring Back End elements (CSS/DP/HP/RP/CPG/).

Contact-center: UCCX

  • Solution administration (basic knowledge of UCCX development)
  • Technical configurations.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing faults, resolving incidents, and managing new requests.

Optional Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with the following "third-party" solutions: Peterconnects attendant, MoYoBi/PhonexOne, and Rightfax.
  • Proficiency with the Service Now ticketing tool.
  • Proficiency with the Webex environment (videoconferencing).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Confirmed Telecommunications Engineer: mandatory experience

Skills

  • Contact-center: UCCX: minimum 1 year experience

Languages
