This is an exciting opportunity to join the UCL Centre for International Medical Education Collaborations (UCL CIMEC). We have been operating since 2013 and have a sustained track record of delivering high quality partnership projects. UCL CIMEC harnesses expertise from across UCL to offer a range of services designed to enable, inform and support high-quality, scientifically rigorous and patient focused education and training globally.

The UCL CIMEC Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the team's partnership activities and service delivery through high-quality administrative support. This includes managing records, finances, travel, meetings, events, and project coordination. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across UCL Medical School, the Faculty of Medical Sciences, wider UCL departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations
- The post is grade 6, the annual salary for which ranges from £35,930 to £41,255 (including London Allowance).
- The appointment is available asap and is funded until 31 July 2026.
You will have a relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience, with a strong track record of working in high-performing teams within busy environments. You are highly organised and methodical, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including experience managing meetings, engaging diverse stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems, you are detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritise effectively. A collaborative team player, you are adaptable, proactive, and motivated to contribute across a dynamic and evolving environment. Experience in international or higher education settings is desirable.
