Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Children's Universal Services Admin Team Leaderto provide coordination, planning and administrative support within the Public Protection Service and the Health Visiting/School Nurse Service within NHS Forth Valley This can be an extremely busy and, at times, physically demanding post which requires an enthusiastic and flexible approach.

The successful candidate will be expected to work in the Public Protection and Health visiting & School Nurse Services within the Women and Children's Directorate and will Provide a comprehensive high quality administrative service to NHS Forth Valley Children's Universal Service.

They will be expected to assist with the day to day management of all coordination, planning, and administrative duties in conjunction with Government Directed National Guidance including any future changes/implementations. This will involve regular liaison with multi disciplinary colleagues involved in the service delivery e.g. Social Workers, Police Scotland, Nursing, Primary Care, Education and Acute Services, IT and Third Party Sectors.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
