The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's SW - Localities Team. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
• Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with local policies and procedures.
• Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding plans.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
