Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess a degree in Social Work and hold a valid Social Work England registration. Additionally, candidates should have:

• Experience working in children's services, particularly in safeguarding and family support.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with children and families.
