Job Description

• Lead end-to-end pre-opening and launch execution of a large-scale, multi-brand retail platform, ensuring full operational readiness across all brands
• Drive total retail operations performance, including sales productivity, store profitability, and standardized operating excellence across the network
• Own full multi-brand P&L, managing financial performance, portfolio optimization, and category strategy at scale
• Define and execute commercial growth strategy, including traffic generation, conversion optimisation, and mall-wide campaigns
• Oversee supply chain and inventory management, ensuring efficiency across logistics, importation, and working capital optimisation
