Are you a strategic finance leader ready to shape the future of one of England's largest further education groups? Our client seeks a dynamic CFO to advance their strategic plan. With over 15,000 learners across Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge, and a £183 m asset base, they are committed to high-quality education, inclusivity and long-term financial health.

As CFO, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk, compliance and capital programmes - supporting investments in STEM, digital infrastructure and estate across our client's three colleges. Collaborating with the CEO, executive team and governors to enhance financial resilience and sustainable growth.

You will be a qualified accountant, have proven leadership in public/non profit finance, strategic financial planning, modelling, risk management and strong stakeholder communication.
