The Chief Executive Officer of Creative Scotland should be an inspirational and visionary leader who carries out the high-profile role with integrity and intelligence. Together with the Board, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will ensure that Creative Scotland enjoys the trust of the creative and cultural sectors and those it is designed to support.

Creative Scotland are seeking an inspirational and visionary leader, who understands Scotland's unique cultural landscape and who can set and deliver the current and long-term goals, meeting any challenges that arise.

You will be equally skilled in the running of a complex organisation, meeting the public finance responsibilities of an Accountable Officer, developing its capacity and motivating its staff. You will be engaging with, and building the trust of, the creative and cultural sectors and those the organisation is designed to support.
