Chief Executive Officer

St John Ambulance Jersey is seeking an experienced and inspiring Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership. This part-time role (30 hours per week) offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to one of Jersey's important charities.

Working closely with the Commander and Board, the CEO will shape strategy and ensure the organisation operates safely, effectively and sustainably. Responsibilities include governance, regulatory compliance, risk and financial management, people leadership, business development and stakeholder engagement.

Candidates should have a degree or relevant professional qualification and senior leadership experience, with strong communication and IT skills. Knowledge of Jersey Company Law, contracts and service level agreements is required. Finance, PR or marketing experience would be advantageous.
