Growth & Sales Strategy Lead

MTM, part of Brave Bison, is seeking aSenior Sales/Business Development professional to help build a sales engine and unlock new revenue. You will collaborate with the Head of Sales, translate marketing campaigns into targeted sales actions, and drive account-level outreach across strategic clients.

You'll own target list creation, outreach design, and hand-off to Account Directors, while feeding insights from accounts and audiences back to Marketing.
